CUTOFF PROCEDURES

AGA will be open regular hours on the last business day of the month. If we have no more applications to process we will be leaving at 5:00pm. If you have applications to submit after 5:00 PM and you have not confirmed with your Territorial Manager that staff will be at AGA to process your application, please follow the carrier specific instructions below.

Be sure to fax AGA a copy of every application you submitted direct along with the fax confirmation page to ensure you receive your commission!

• NOTE: For AGA COPIES only – on the FAX Cover Page please write: "Direct to Carrier/AGA's Copy" to prevent duplicate submissions to the carriers and possibly holding the app from being processed.

• If you see three asteriks, like this ***, as part of the carrier instructions – it means that all Original Apps will need to be at AGA on the next business day.
